Position: Loan Administration Support Staff - Scanner

Bank Teller Job Responsibilities:

This Position assists with Imaging and Attachment of Loan Documents to Banking Software.

Loan Administration Scanner Job Duties:

  • File Imaging
  • Scan New loans and older paper files to Imaging Software
  • Scan all additional loan documents
  • Enter Exception items and dates on Imaging Software
  • Pull Exception Reports for Departments
  • Update or make correction to scanned items
  • Transfer of Appraisals, Appraisal Reviews, Taxes, & Financials from Loan Assistance’s emails into Document Management
  • Special Projects
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Position requires detail, problem solving, and must be able to work productively and independently with the ability to prioritize tasks. Candidates must be able to work with others in a group setting. Prior Microsoft Office; including Word and Excel; able to convert documents to PDF, and in addition to having administrative experience would be “helpful”.  Banking experience preferred.

Position: Loan Administration Support Staff - Release and Filinig Specialist

Bank Teller Job Responsibilities:

This Position assists with Daily Administration and Processing of all Release and filing of Mortgages, UCC and Liens.

Loan Administration Release Specialist Job Duties:

  • Process Releases of Collateral using Mortgage Releases, UCC Forms, and Lien Entries
  • Assist with Any Necessary Account Updating, Corrections, and Problem Solving
  • Produce Monthly and Quarterly Board Reports
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Position requires detail, problem solving, and must be able to work productively and independently with the ability to prioritize tasks. Candidates must be able to work with others in a group setting. Prior Microsoft Office; including Word and Excel; able to convert documents to PDF, and in addition to having administrative experience; all would be “necessary”.  Banking experience preferred.

Loan Administration Support Staff Job Duties:

  • Posting New loans, Renews, Extensions, Advances, Wires, and Payments to Banking System
  • Build new Customer records and files
  • Balances Several General Ledger and Loan Accounts Daily
  • Assist with Releases of Collateral using Mortgage Releases, UCC Forms, and Lien Entries
  • Assist with Any Necessary Account Updating, Corrections, and Problem Solving
  • Produce Monthly and Quarterly Board Reports
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
