Position: Loan Administratrion Support Staff

Support Staff Job Responsibilities:

This Position assists with Daily Administration and Processing of all Loan Accounts.

Loan Administration Job Duties:

  • Pre-check and Posting of all new, renewal, and any changes to loans. Process loan advances, incoming wires, Participations, Payment Detail Summaries, and any incoming loan payments.
  • Process Releases of Collateral using Mortgage Releases and UCC Forms
  • Balance General Ledger Accounts
  • Produce Monthly and Quarterly Board Reports
  • Maintain Warehouse Lines
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Position requires detail, problem solving, and must be able to work productively and independently with the ability to prioritize tasks. Candidates must be able to work with others in a group setting. Banking experience preferred.

Position: Teller

Bank Teller Job Responsibilities:

Serves customers by completing account transactions.

Bank Teller Job Duties:

  • Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals; recording night and mail deposits; selling cashier's checks, and series e bonds; answering questions in person or on telephone; referring to other bank services.
  • Records transactions by logging cashier's checks, and other special services
  • Completes special requests by closing accounts; taking orders for checks
  • Reconciles cash drawer by proving cash transactions; counting and packaging currency and coins; turning in excess cash and mutilated currency to vault teller; maintaining supply of cash and currency.
  • Complies with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
